Make Your Own Lavender & Hibiscus Bath Salt Soak
Bath soaks are not hard to make. These ingredients can easily bought at a local grocery store or Amazon. Here's the ingredient list so that you can make your own!
Ingredient List:
1 cup of Epsom salts
1/3 cup of Himalayan salt
Lavender essential oil
1/4 cup dried lavender
1/4 cup of dried hibiscus
Pretty bag/container to hold bath salts
Place 1 cup of Epsom salt in a bowl. Add about 12 drops of Lavender essential oil. Make sure it is 100% lavender oil and for topical use. Stir this together. Then add all of the dried Lavender and dried Hibiscus flowers. Crush some of the flower petals if too big. Stir flowers into the Epsom salt. Place this in a decorative bag, layer the Himalayan salt on top, then your salt soak is finished!
